HI, could you please advise if my husband would be entitled to a blue badge. He had lung cancer last year and had the top lobe of his right lung removed in December, he struggles with shortness of breath when really bad

    Hi Janette,

    Does he get PIP?

    If he scored 8 points of more in the "moving around" area of the assessment he will be automatically eligible for a Blue Badge. 

    If he doesn't he might still be able to get a badge.
