MarkM88, I hope you get well soon. I had a tummy bug for about a week so I had to eat quite boring stuff during that time. Glad I am feeling better (since Sat) & I hope you feel better soon!

Sorry, couldn't resist. Stoat's of Edinburgh do rather nice oat bars. Or maybe a Freee one. With a cup of coffee and a glass of milk, later some fruit, crispbread and something. I'm not very hungry when I get up but get hungry as I start moving around and eat more until I feel full then later have A Proper Meal of some kind.

Scrambled eggs on toast followed by a yoghurt and blueberries for lunch. Scrumptious. :)

@durhamjaide2001 yes I am. I've been living mostly on microwave meals so i'm making small changes to hopefully help my mh as much as physical health. Just bought a slow cooker too so i can get a lot more veggies into me.

OMG same my support worker has made me the first meal a couple of weeks ago. Need to ask her to make me something again.
