Hello, I know this is an old post but I sent my uc50 forms in a while ago I rang today and they said I don't need an assessment and they've sent it back to uc. This is my first time doing the uc50 forms, does this mean I've been awarded lcwra?

As it's a first time WCA then you can't be found fit for work with a paper based assessment.

Okay thank you, I'm assuming it's paper based as all I've done is the form and sent evidence with it. I was shocked when he said its done and they don't need to see me and it's been sent to uc. Can you help with when it would be paid (providing I'm actually awarded) first fit note 4th April, sent forms around 22nd may, rang today was told its back with uc. My statement days are 1st to 2nd every month payment date is 8th

It would have been paper based, as was advised in your other thread earlier. Your timescale has been extremely quick up to now. If 4th April was the same date you reported your health condition then your waiting period will be … May/June, June/July. July/August.. LCWRA starts from assessment period 2nd August to 1st Sept and first payment will be 8th Sept. No LCWRA element would be owed.

If you or a partner were receiving earnings since your first fit note and you didn't previously have the work allowance, you will be owed some money from that.

Yes it was the same day I reported condition, yes I'm very shocked with how quick it's all been and that I didn't even need an assessment and that it's been paper based. I still haven't had an outcome and was told it was with the case manager yesterday and was due to be processed yesterday. I do work and have the work allowance on already so not sure about that.
