It's 26 degrees here, that's far too silly a temperature for me.

Run to the shops for some stuff and came back.. medication helped mw sleep. But woke up at 2 am. To switch off the fan. Then woke up at 8 ish. First thing i did is switch on the fan.. it is horrible. Too hot to bear. It is too hot. . I have my fan pointing at me just a few centimetres from me. I feel like outside at least there is a bit of a breeze. But heat and medication leaves me rather tired so so I am watching telly.

Hi @Sandy_123, I've been reading on and off but not felt up to posting for a while, just been in a bit of a head funk if I'm honest. Started this week much more positive although I'm struggling to get out for any walks as it's tooooo hot for me, feel like I'm melting lol
How have you been?
-
Is it definitely the vitamin D causing your tummy pain? I've been prescribed 20,000 and been fortunate it's not caused me any upset, I think I'd still take it if it were because I've realised a lot of my other symptoms have probably been because of low vit D, although I couldn't half it anyway as I was given little liquid capsules! I hope halving it helps you, tummy pain sucks! ❤️

I'm waiting for the new dresser to be delivered @Ada.I think it'll be here on Friday but their emails don't make much sense.
