    I have been feeling: stressed, angry and sad. I am still in a bit of pain but have managed to eat a bit more. The heat is getting me down but I have managed to do a bit of clothes shopping and my Nannan treated me to some bits. But I still feel sad. And alone.

    I am having so many appointments which are making me frustrated but I'm looking forward to the one I have tomorrow morning as it is for my air that I need to have at night. This means that I will be less tired in the day and have less headaches hopefully too.

    @SunflowerValley , thank you again for your support it really means a great deal to me. I'm sorry to see how things are for you . You have such a lot to deal with . You have such incredible strength. Nice to hear you have been out and good to see you have eaten a little bit of something. I apologise for my late reply I was trying to nap but I can't seem to relax so I gave up . I wish you all the luck in the world with your appointments and I hope they help you. Tomorrow is supposed to be cooler thank goodness. Do you have any medication for your pain at all ? You are a true gem 💎. Sending gentle hugs your way 🤗.

    @Strawberry1, sorry I was out on a drive. Anytime, I'm always here for you. Thank you. No, I just take paracetamol but I rarely take it. Nobody really says anything if I mention my pain (healthcare professionals). Thank god that it is going to be cooler. 😊💜
