    Hi everyone

    I haven't been on the last few days as I've been getting the caravan sorted out. Today we had an unexpected sunny day so it was great to sit out and feel the sun on my face.

    I'll be going home tomorrow to take Mr for appointments. Sorry I haven't been on 😔

    Planning on having a chill out day as I overdid things on Sunday.

    Unfortunately yesterday I really suffered from it, so today I'm listening to my aches and pains and today my Fibromyalgia has won, so today my house will be a chill out zone, and jim-jams day.

    @talis we will have a chill out day together, hopefully your pain with medication will be at the very least manageable, I know my pain relief is somewhat effective when things are bad.

    Heavy rain here today, I still went out for a little walk but went over on my ankle so limped home and feeling sorry for myself 😅

    I had a full on day yesterday, daughter wants to spend time with me today, but had to put her off as need some chill out time and some alone time, I too have Fibro, so in need of recuperation today.
