    I think going in on shorter hours will be good to get him to see how he feels. I've done that in the past and it does help

    I think they'd have to go through different stages to be able to get rid of someone through illness. Hopefully he goes well

    I did tell him that they can't just refuse to have him back but he does like to fret sometimes.

    No they have to go through certain procedures and reduced hours to ease back into work is one of them

    My Dad only lasted 3 months after retiring before he decided to go back to work 😆

    Once Mr Teigr retires that'll be it for him @66Mustang,he's never bored.

    He can sit and do nothing for days on end,his father was exactly the same.
