    That's a shame @123dhills, sorry to hear that. It was VoiceAbility you were contacting, wasn't it? Has it just gone quiet or have they said they're unable to help?

    Each one has come back to say they dont cover my area.

    This happened with P0hWER as well.

    Identical experience..I came on here today hoping to see if Rosie had bothered to reply after all this time.. Sadly that she hasn't only confirms all the so called services offering actual support,ie not sign posting us where we have surely already tried is just hyperbolic.. It's basically a case of post code lottery and always was I assume from personal long experience
