WCA question.

You are misunderstanding this and making it more complicated than what it is.
If found fit for work, you’re fit for work and means you need to look for work. In a limited way makes no sense.
No, information would not be sent to UC advising that limitations should be considered for their CC.

It might be better using my situation.
I can work 2-3 hours per day max due to debilitating intermittent nerve pain throughout my body.
But let’s say that I do not score 15 points on WCA.
However it is clear to the assessor and to anybody who looks at me or the medical evidence that I couldn’t possibly work full-time.
As it stands and as you have repeated to me Poppy, the decision would have to me ‘Fit for work’. Even though i have limited capability/capacity to work in terms of job types and in terms of hours. Having not scored 15 points I would be ‘Fit to work’.
Would I then have to convince the Work Coach that I can’t work full time and have to take medical evidence again to show at the job centre in order to have a CC that takes my health into consideration as is stated on the Gov website information? And how are they qualified to make such decision?Basically I am able to work a little. But if I don’t score 15 points I am deemed to be fit to work and then the work coach decides how long each week?

Right, I’ve just looked at your previous thread and see that you’ve either claimed UC because of managed migration or you are about to claim it.
You need to look at the descriptors for LCW and LCWRA and see if any apply to you. As I advised previously points are for LCW, they do not apply to LCWRA. For LCWRA only one descriptor needs to apply.
People claim either and work and just because you manage to work a few hours a week doesn’t mean you’ll be found fit for work or even LCW. You can still be found to have LCWRA.
You can see the descriptors here
LCW
LCWRA
If you are found fit for work then your work coach will discuss your commitments with you.
Please note that the stats say the majority of people are found to have LCWRA. Few people are found fit for work.

Thank you Poppy, I will go through it again. Trying to get my head around it all. Thanks again!
