ESA advice needed please.
Hi
I have received this letter regarding my esa.
I was receiving £227.08 per fortnight.
I informed esa about my annual
nhs pension rise in April and I asked them to confirm in writing they had received my letter because last year they sent me a snooty letter accusing me of not informing them even though I had.
They failed to acknowledge it in writing.
Strangley shortly after that they sent me a reassessment form (I had been receiving esa for around ten years untouched by them)
I do not understand what this letter means.
Does it sound as though they have only just started to deduct my pension increase?
Also they have not explained whether this is my new amount going forward.
I would appreciate if anyone is able to advise me please as I would prefer not to have to contact them.
Many thanks.

It means that from 31/7/2024 your weekly ESA amount will be £109.04. Yes that’s your new amount going forward.
Your pension is £58.32/week over the £85 disregard. Which means that reduces your ESA by £29.16/week.
ESA contributions based is £138.20/week. Which means your new weekly amount is correct.
