Hi @Jimm_Scope Cheesy Potato Cakes are good.
3 large potatoes
1 egg
Half cup of cheddar cheese
Boil potatoes, mash with small piece of butter adding a pinch of salt. Chill until no longer warm.
Add egg, shredded cheddar cheese chopped herbs.
Mix all ingredients together, divide into 100gm portions to make small cakes about 1.5 inch thick bit like scones.
Lightly sprinkle with corn flower.
Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Serve warm on plate lined with kitchen roll.

Doing peppers, potatoes, tomatoes and carrots, onion , garlic, seasoned in paprika, salt and pepper and a few spices with olive oil. Topped with Moroccan spiced chicken breast. All in the oven. Lebanese recipe.
