LCWRA tribunal won, what happens next?

After months of trauma waiting for a tribunal I finally got a date and they agreed to a telephone hearing.
The tribunal wasn't decided by the judge, the DWP conceded. So what happens now? Can they still appeal the decision even though they conceded?
What happens next? How long will it take to receive backpay? I've read that it usually takes 5-6 weeks so they have time to appeal but is this still the case if they've conceded?

Great news. As there was a hearing the Judge would have still needed to make that decision. The timescale is up to 8 weeks after a Tribunal win but quite often for UC it's less than that.
Before they pay what is owed your past statements will need to be recalculated. Once that's done you'll receive a letter on your journal telling you how much is owed and it will be paid into your bank.

The judge didn't decide. The DWP revoked challenging the appeal so there wasn't a decision to be made.

It can still take up to 8 weeks due to recalculating your statements and paying what is owed.
