i did hear that i have chosen myself the life i lead now and i traumatised myself and im not disabled because i don’t have any certificate and i have to change my person
and im old never had a brain and that no one wants me and more
im not coping with insomnia

Obviously you don't have to tell us anything you don't want to but - this is someone you live with/have to live with? Your original post suggests you're not from the UK. I'm guessing this person comes from somewhere where you have to (thinks you have to) have this 'certificate'. You don't. You have PIP and LCWRA. The British Government classes you as disabled. That ought to be enough for anyone. Obviously I haven't a clue about the details but could perhaps someone else in the family explain that?

There is no such thing as a certificate from the government to "prove" you are disabled @Agnia. Such a thing would be a horrible system, as conditions can all affect different people in different ways, there are those who are undiagnosed, and we discover new conditions too.
In the eyes of the UK government you are disabled, and you don't need a certificate for that.
