in PIP, DLA, ADP and AA

Hello I recived pip reward but they just give 10 score

And about journey they give me 0 because I I said I can plan for journey

Can discuss about this ?

    Hi @aaalirezaaa, was it only 10 points that you received for your whole PIP award, or is this just the points for one part?

    If you're not happy with the result, the next step is usually Mandatory Reconsideration. You can explain to them why you should have got points for specific activities, and your claim will be looked at again. There's some information about mandatory reconsiderations on the Scope website that you might find helpful:

    I received 10 poind of all score's and they don't give me any point for mobility

    I have depression andthey don't give me any point about plan of journey???

    Sorry to hear that @aaalirezaaa. It can be a really difficult process, lots of members have a tough time getting the points they need to get an award.

    It's well worth going forward with the Mandatory Reconsideration and even tribunal if necessary. Many people get the results they need eventually, it can take a while but it does happen 😊 we've got lots of helpful members too so if you need any help, I'm sure you'll get some good advice.
