Work dismissal and being on LCWRA
Hey All.
I have been awarded LCWRA years ago and worked part time.
I have been on longer term sick since last November, due to my mental health.
I have a work meeting tomorrow, and I’m very worried that I maybe dismissed.
I was hoping for some advice about if I do get dismissed. Will this affect my UC and LCWRA, and will I need to tell them, that I have been dismissed
Will they want to reassess me on my LCWRA.
Thank you for any advice and help.

No that sure is not an idea I have for the manager. May like seeing what changes the manager can do to help me get back to work, if I don't get dismissed.
