I know Catherine that you are really, really unwell with worry and have been for weeks, try and read some of the things people have previously said to you, which calmed you down and try keep them in your head to help.
Racing pulse do you have atrial fibrillation or is that just a panic symptom? Try focus on the positive of seeing your daughter today.

Can the gp prescribe a light sedative? I had to have one back in April when I had a wave of severe panic attacks, calmed me down nicely but didn't make me a zombie.

I was on amitiptyline for a while for nerve pain after a fall, they can make you very tired, that's a very high dose you're on.

Hi @Catherine21 I am so sorry that you are so stressed about what changes the Government might make in the budget. Do you do any relaxing exercises or listen to any music that might help you relax more. Unfortunately it still five weeks until the budget and we will get more media reports when they really have no more idea than the rest of us about what will happen. If you can you need to take them with a pinch of salt. Please take care of yourself.

Its awful us hanging in limbo not knowing what our fate may be.
I cannot believe this horrible government have kept the disabled community in suspense with their silence.
They must know how much anguish it is causing us.
It feels like they are enjoying knowing of our suffering.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if a few of them enjoyed it, 93 days is a very long wait.

That is also my thoughts Nightcity otherwise why on earth have they stayed silent knowing how much distress its causing the disabled community.
They are truly rotten to the core.

Was a lady who resigned and called starmer out a lady of morals for the people

She's true Labour, original values. She did a marvellous job to call out the poison that is in the wrong party, I'm so glad she rocked the boat before the budget.
I'm sure she'll thrive as an independent.

CCan I ask I heard Jeremy corbin joining with other members will they have more of a say
0 -
I certainly hope so. There's 6 or 7 independents now, and they share a lot of values with the greens, lib dems and the good ones in Labour so a powerful combo.
I think it'll be reeves and starmer who'll be getting the real shock soon not us!
