Hello I'm was okay but I'm don't really want to talk to my mum but yet I know but I try to kept things very short from comes to talking or chatting. Still annoyed me counting and still repeating. I'm getting sick of my mum . showing emotions hasn't work . I been using my pixel watch 2 to track my emotions and has help me more . I'm okay and did watch inside out 2 with mum & dad l.

Hey everyone, hope you are all having a good day. The weather is miserable today but managed to get my hair cut which made me feel tons better. I have a blood test tomorrow so fingers crossed I can have my treatment on Wednesday. I was hit hard last week with the flu so couldn't have it done.

Hey everyone, thanks for your comments. I have to get the bus soon for my blood test appointment at the hospital, hopefully everything should be okay for treatment tomorrow. I got a letter this morning that my Dr's are doing a flu shot clinic this saturday and sunday, so I might goto that. I have never had a flu shot normally but after last week I'm going to get one I think.
Hope you all have a good day, its gone cold out now but atleast the sun is trying today and no rain. It didn't stop raining one bit yesterday.

Hi everyone
I have been really unwell and unable to post. I managed to get on holiday and came home yesterday.
Unfortunately anxiety has soared to levels I can't even function with and sleep and appetite have gone.
I miss you all and I feel that I am afraid of boring people as I have nothing positive to say and feel so low. It's so hard to function feeling like this but with time I know these awful feelings will pass.
Thank you all for tolerance and help while Ive been a member. Im sorry I didn't feel able to come on. I'm glad many of you are doing well and @rubin16 especially. Hope you get your treatment and great your haircut cheered you up.
