So this morning lost my balance and fell into my bookcase unit then had to knock the nails back into the back and put a shelf of blue rays back in order.

Me and mum did laugh about it in the end but I'm fairly annoyed as haven't had a fall in ages.

In April I couldn't walk without losing balance or falling it was vitamin D and Folic acid depletion and 5 months into a 18 month course of prescription strength vitamin d capsules I had hoped It was over now.

Anyway it is what it is. Hope you're all OK and have a nice weekend.

I've had her since December the 11th, she will be a year old in the 16th of October and I'd be lost without her she's my shadow.

She's so affectionate I've never come across such a loving dog and the family has had 12 in my lifetime.

I could've got a cheaper one,but in a couple of years' time I'd be saying I didn't really like it and the one I did like will have doubled in price.
