Ptsd flashbacks

Hi I have flashbacks from ptsd ...is it ok to talk about it here ? And does anyone else have them πŸ™ƒ?

    We're all here for support and I know there's many of us here who have PTSD, so you're safe to discuss things if you feel comfortable doing so. 😊

    Mine are luckily rare now, but they used to be a several times a day occurrence. I found EMDR therapy amazingly helpful.

    Hi, i suffer with complex PTSD and have flashbacks to abuse i went through as a child, not fun, i'm having counselling, hopefully that will help given time, i hope your flashbacks ease for you

    I also have ptsd as a result of abuse as a child. I had flashbacks for years but after counselling and reading the courage to heal book I don’t have them anymore. I would strongly suggest counselling. Flashbacks can be so scary and terrifying I feel for you.
