Morning all! How are we doing today?
Sorry to hear you're struggling @Nightcity. My iron and B12 are the first two things I consider when I'm like that so I get bloods done too. The weather has turned rather grim recently, that sometimes affects my mood.
I hope you maybe get a good nap @Amberpearl
@BrianMcFaddenFan82 I usually don't mind the colder weather, but cold and wet is a bit meh I agree
@Sandy_123 Shall we send some snorkels too? I hope you're okay and safe though

thanks @Jimm_Scope I did have the vitamin D and folic acid issue earlier in the year where it keot causing loss of balance and falls, so makes sense.

Well it's dry today @Jimm_Scope I'm off out to the village with a friend

I have to take folic acid, I also need B12 injections every few months. My Crohn's damaged the area of the intestine that absorbs it. So I'm pretty familiar with B12 deficiency, and it is how you described. It can really, really affect you.

Hope you feel better soon @Nightcity

It finally stopped raining here. I'm glad I live on a hill because I'd really be concerned with flooding given the amount of rain

Yes the sun came out for a bit too

Hey everyone, not long been back from the hospital. I had a bad reaction to infliximab, I went all hot and flush, felt sick and couldn't breathe as soon as they started giving it to me so had to stop it and be put on oxygen for a few hours. I'm okay now but can't have infliximab anymore so not sure what the options are.
Hope your all having a good day

Hi everyone
@Teigr that means a lot thank you. Also @Nightcity I empathise with you. Be kind to yourself and I hope the feelings pass soon.
I reckon with the help of @Jimm_Scope I know what's wrong. I went off my mood stabiliser in June cold turkey and with no medical advice in desperation.
I think I have been on a manic high for months wrongly thinking I felt better. I now have crashed to a bad low a few weeks ago and anxiety went off the scale.
I started them again last night and slept a bit. By the time I see the new cpn on 21st October maybe I will get the med review and some help.
I can't believe I didn't realise or even stopped meds. I'm sorry I did it.
Hope you all stick with me to recover..and I think about you all and send good wishes to you 😊

Hi everyone,
Oh @Marydoll5 - I'm so sorry you've been so unwell. I do hope you managed to enjoy your holiday a little. We all want to hear from you however you're feeling, so please don't let that ever stop you again 😊 Hoping things soon improve.
@rubin16 - I've been hoping you would be well enough to get your infusion today. but what an awful experience you must have gone through. Thank goodness you're OK now, but what a shame you can't have Infliximab ever again. I hope there's something else that will effectively help.
Hope you're doing a tad better @Nightcity - when you don't get enough sleep it can really get to you, so hoping you get a decent sleep tonight.

@chiarieds thank you. I did unwind a bit on holiday but dreaded the mess and clutter I was coming back to!
I'll say good night and have a good evening friends.

Thanks everyone for your comments, hoping I can start something else as I think there is only 1 last drug I can take for it which is ustekinumab, as I have tried everything else now. Just going to wait till they discuss me with the team and get back to me. It was a scary experience though I thought I was going to die, but managed to have a laugh with the nurses afterwards and they were brilliant at looking after me. They kept me there for 5 hours to make sure I was okay to go home.
@Marydoll5 really hoping you manage to feel better, you are a lovely person and its always great hearing from you. I wish you all the best for your CPN appoinment and hopefully get meds that balance things out for you.
Thanks @chiarieds and @Sandy_123 hope you both have a good restful evening.
