2 yr old with hemiplegia, what help is out there?

Hi there , just browsing around really and looking for tips/hints/help.

i have twin boys Ted and bert who are 2 in may.  Ted had recently been diagnosed with hemiplegia of the right side. 
He is unable to walk, can not pull himself up, and has no judgement of falling. we go to physio once a week .
i just wondered what help is out there? can we get any equipment? its early days and we haven't been told to much as i keep getting " he is still young , he may walk" but what can we do to help? 

im currently working full time with a childminder who happens to be my mum ( a huge plus) because alot of childminders may not be willing to help out as much. 

Are there others who work full time or did you have to pack in your work to look after the little ones? i feel bad working but i need the money but the boys LOVE being with there grandma which makes me feel less guilty.

SO much to think about so any advice would be fab
