just logged into my universal credit and looked under payments it says at side of health you said your health affects you from working you may need to have an accesment before we consider you get extra money for this , is that normal

That's not correct. As advised on your other thread here, you have migrated from ESA Support Group so you don't need a fit note and don't need an assessment. You need to wait for ESA to send your details across to UC and once that's done your claim will be updated. You're entitled to the LCWRA element from the start of your claim.
