Thanks you all those who reply to me. It helps. Even if I might make people as a burden I need the places i attend. It keeps the benefit system happy as the do not like people who do not try to do things and stuff. But at the same time I need it for myself. It gives me a purpose. But I am not sure really. If I were loaded I would not be bothered. I am scared about the future and I try to get involved as much as my health allows it. I like to be there And be where I am appreciated. I did not feel appreciated today. I could not do any activities as I was zoning out. I was in my own world. But today's made me feel really worthless. Anyway tomorrow will be another day and hopefully a bright one. In all senses. Weatherlike too.

Anyway time to go to sleep. I need that places I attend and is the only time I can see people but will see. Good night. Hope you all have a nice one. Till tomorrow. And hope it will be a better day.

I am completely destroyed mentally from yesterday. I am simply not sure what to do. I might reduce my visits to the centre and only go one day a week instead of three. That day I can blend with the crowd unlike the other days they crowd is minimal. I am going to another centre also once a week and so far Is ok. Maybe will be better this way. Will see. My pain does not allow me to travel far and once a week they meet in a location that is too far for me as it induces pain. Weather is not good at all. I could not sleep at all. Hope you are all ok. But I need to move on. I also need to move on with life. Can not rely on benefits for the rest of my life as I simply not sure what the system will be doing . Maybe a job from home. But overall I am petrified about the future.

Morning @Sandy_123 thank you.I wrote a long message to the group and I think it is better to slow down. I was doing more than I could cope. So I will not go to that place on Friday. And maybe is time to think about a new life form the next year. Maybe some volunteer charity job. Not sure . Now I want to move on or at least try to move on... I only had Tuesday and the weekend off. So it will be good to have Friday off and change it for something else. But hope to feel better...
