Morning @Sandy_123 thank you.I wrote a long message to the group and I think it is better to slow down. I was doing more than I could cope. So I will not go to that place on Friday. And maybe is time to think about a new life form the next year. Maybe some volunteer charity job. Not sure . Now I want to move on or at least try to move on... I only had Tuesday and the weekend off. So it will be good to have Friday off and change it for something else. But hope to feel better...

Not going out . Weather is really bad. Not good. Nor I believe I will go to most of my gatherings next week. It is good to see people but only if is the right people.. the following week I will go but not anymore on Fridays. Someone mentioned a tens machine . I have one but had to stop using it as it triggered my anxiety really badly but I tried today on my leg and might keep trying . It was not as bad but a bit scared.
I believe I got somehow inmuned and it doesn't work anymore. But somehow I don't get on well with the machine also my heart races. Happy to hear it works for some people . I still have it and will try gradually on my leg. A different place from where I was using it previously. And I guess bad weather does not help. Hopefully tomorrow the sun will come out. I made my mind. Will not go to that place tomorrow. Have to put myself together. Take care you all.. and try not to get a cold.
