Does anyone have any tips on completing this review form?

Hi everyone,

I am currently receiving PIP for severe unstable Angina and have just received an review form even though my award has another full year left- the initial assessment was stressful enough and I am really worried. Does anyone have any tips on completing this review form? My PIP has been a lifeline and I'm scared I'll fill this form in incorrectly and I'll lose my benefit.  Thanks

    HI @mammy5 and welcome to the community.

    You need to fill in the form as if it is a fresh claim, this includes supplying any information or evidence you have previously supplied, as well as any new information. Keeping a record for yourself of everything you send will assist in future claims.
