I apologise unreservedly.

My other half thinks my son is a loser . I really don't know what to think.

Everyone has faults don't they. My son doesn't bring trouble to the house or anything like that but as far as my other half is concerned my son is a waste of space ๐

Ahh, did it not help with the panic attacks? I have panic attacks also, usually when I'm really anxious and overwhelmed and I also disassociate at times.

good morning @bluebell21 for being the first person to post on page 100 and well done everyone for being so supportive to people in need especially seen as it's a mental health thread.

Aww @Strawberry1 yeap everyone does have their faults! That must be really difficult for you, even more so when you struggle with MH conditions, I've been single since about 2007 because I find people so overwhelming. Have you tried speaking to your other half about it?
My son is 31 and is my carer, I'd feel very conflicted in your situation.
Does your son live with you?
I'm sending you lots of gentle hugs.

Good morning @Strawberry1 @Agnia @Nashota and @Nightcity I hope you all managed some sleep last night and feel a little better this morning. Please all take care of yourselves.

I would like to apologise to @Nashota , I am a terrible over sharer and I feel really emotional now. I am grateful for your kindness. But I do feel very ashamed. My other half won't change his mind . So sorry ๐.

Hi @Strawberry1 please don't apologise, you've said nothing wrong, sometimes it's good to get things off of our chest.
I'm very sorry to hear that, you have lots of support on here!
Sending you more hugs.

everyone is different but mine is More servere end. I can only tell you the impacts the condition has on me
I need two weeks notice for any change, however I'll worry myself sick over it until I throw up and get other symptoms, therefore if it's not essential I'll usually cancel it.
I have occasional meltdowns, these are when I get no warning about something that I'm not happy with, I will hurt myself and kick doors etc.
I have learning issues and memory issues which are linked in, I can be shown something multiple times and still be incapable of doing it. my short term memory is impaired to the point it interferes with daily life.
I can't stand loud noise of any kind and get snappy and panic at them.
I can't, don't and won't talk to anyone in person or on the phone unless I know them extremely well and avoid all face ti Face contact possible.
anxiety and clinical depression are Also linked in.
ny judgement is impaired I for example can't judge speed and distance ehen crossing a road and have had some extremely close calls.
I do and say silly rash things then regret them after.
I trip over things and walk into things because my coordination is screwed.
