Sorry you're feeling worried about everything that's going on @Catherine21, it's not nice that you were so worried you were sick. It's really not easy to control the spiraling thoughts sometimes.
How are you feeling today? Have you managed to get any rest at all?

I understand you're feeling anxious about the situation with your housing association. It’s normal to worry, but try not to let your mind spiral into worst-case scenarios.
What you’re experiencing is likely a standard procedure and doesn’t necessarily indicate any suspicion or issues with your tenancy. The housing association found and emailed you your original tenancy agreement, which is actually a positive development. This confirms they have the correct document on file, so there’s no reason for them to suspect it’s fake when they provided it themselves.
You are clearly a legitimate tenant who has been living in the property for years. Housing associations primarily focus on identifying actual tenancy fraud, not on creating problems for long-term residents.
Try to focus on the facts of your situation rather than imagining worst-case scenarios. The housing association has your original tenancy agreement, and you’ve provided the requested documentation. There’s no indication of any issues with your tenancy.
Remember, housing associations have processes in place to verify tenancies. They’re not looking to evict legitimate tenants. Stay positive and wait for their response. If you have any specific concerns, contact them directly for clarification.
