This might sound daft, but with all this hanging over our heads, the odd time you find yourself laughing at something, do you stop in your tracks. I do. I think ,I'm laughing in this moment ,even just very briefly, but tomorrow I could be on my knees with worry. I'd say majority of my day for the past 4 years has felt like doom n gloom, so very few moments of joy. I feel like we aren't even allowed that. My MH is sliding day on day.

I totally know where you coming from , I can't believe the old government and the new, think the only way to pay back for pandemic.is give disabled people mental anguish, anybody would think we where living in1924 not 2024 😢

My MH is sliding all the time. I am starting to see things and hear things and have to challenge if it is real or not. I can just at the moment convince myself it is not real.
If I have a psychotic incident then they will be to blame.
Even if I go into town I think people standing on street corners are working for DWP and spying on what I am doing.

Spot on exactly like me someone stroked my dogs asked names I Just stood there thinking she works for dwp and following me it's awful really awful t

I can relate to that , my only joy in life is my emotional support dog, If I put walking her, I also feel paranoid about the dwp watching me, I ending up with blood clots on my lungs from inactivity where I could leave the house, due to severe anxiety, so my dog suggested a dog, where I have to get out and walk , I only walk in fields where hopefully I don't bump into anyone, but with everything that going on I wonder if they watch my house , and me going out to walk the dog , and say well you fit for work then, my anxiety is through the roof ,

I am also the same with car's parked outside my house. Thinking it is the DWP waiting for me to go out. Sometimes I am so convinced I don't go out.

It really is awful and I am a very high dose of anti psychotics that they can't put the dose up any further. I had to stop going on the bus because I thought some of the other passengers were DWP spies.

They do control my whole mind. I get the phone being hacked by them as well. Also my computer randomly flashes and I think it is them monitoring how long I spend online.
