I suffer from anxiety and depression and have been turned down for ESA and PIP.  I'm looking for advice.

Hi @chucklesister welcome to the community, have you appealed those decisions?

Hi @chucklesister how are you doing? Did you appeal your decision? Do you need information on how to appeal?

We have some videos that talk you through the process

Pip is based on your care and /or mobility needs. You needs have the needs for at least 3 months and expect them to last for another 9. ESA is based on whether you can work.

    The diagnosis doesn't matter.

This is scaring me now as I was told to put in a rapid reclaim for Esa I haven’t got the strength to fight a appeal if it happens to me
