so i won't have to attend the jobcentre then to see a work coach as its a mix up?and ive already agreed the correct claiment commitments so should'nt be asked to agree another commitment?

You do still need to agree to the New Style ESA commitment. That is separate from the Universal Credit commitment.
You can do that at the Job Centre with a Work Coach. Though if you are able to phone ESA, they may let you do the commitment over the phone instead of having to travel there.
You don't need to prove that you're not fit for work again. Just remind them that you are migrating from legacy ESA Support Group if they ask about work capability.

No. The commitment is just to report to ESA as soon as possible if anything changes in future. 🙂
