universal credit
Hi I had notice I had to supply 4 months bank statements/savings and prove i.d etc which I have done, but now have had notice a telephone appointment will take place to discuss what I have provided.
I dont have savings over 6k,and there is no other form of income apart from u,c ,
Is this normal to have a telephone interview after the mentioned above?
Thankyou

Yes absolutely that is part of the process.
They will ask a series of scripted questions to try and identify other potential sources of money (PayPal, premium bonds etc).
They will then ask questions about your banking transactions, which might not make sense (mine didn't).
You will get a message via Journal when the review is completed and confirmation that your payments are correct.

As advised, they will ask a series of scripted questions as part of the interview to try and identify other sources of money you hold. One of these is about a PayPal account.
They are concerned as to whether you have a monetary balance within PayPal.
When asked you can answer "Yes I have a PP account but no money is held in it the balance is always zero".

hello to all.
May sound like a stupid question, but I am new to just winning my pip appeal last month.I also receive universal credit. When the monthly payments do start are they payed in via my universal credit account on line(or just payed straight into my bank account),as I say its all new to me.
I still have not heard from pip to say when payments will start, and about my back dated payment of when I first applied. Its been nearly 5 weeks now since my tribunal.
Is there a phone number to find out when payments will start etc?
Thankyou for any advice.

PIP is administered outside UC, as they are separate benefits. PIP will send the money directly to your bank account.
