UC telephone system
A friend is on the UC telephone system. She wants a rental property but needs to prove to the landlord that her tenancy agreement has been given to UC and correct housing claimed.
How can she do that?

Good morning @rajberi. She can ask UC to send her a print out of her UC statement, this will show the housing element.

I don't think the statement will help here because housing element will not be paid until you move into the property.
This sounds odd because once you have the tenancy agreement you would have signed for it by that stage and once this is done they become the tenant of the property.

At this stage it's just proof for the landlord that the tenancy agreement he will give her has been handed into UC/jobcentre after she moves in. And that she hasn't forgotten or as the landlord says "binned it"
