    I hope everyone is doing ok, my body clock is messed up, sleeping all day and up at night, need to work on it, my mental health has not been great lately, seizures are doing my head in, never mind, take care all

    @Grinchy unfortunately I am the same. I was told to go to bed at set time, no phones, screens and stay in bed. It didn't work....

    Sometimes meditation apps with earbuds in help me.

    Yeah agreed sometimes it doesn't work but apparently even if you are lying in bed you are meant to be getting some rest.

    10 degrees here

    I banged my head during the night in the banister rail lol

    My other daughter is in hospital for monitoring now. 31 weeks pregnant high BP pre eclamsia baby stopped growing placenta not working

    She will have the baby I think very soon

    Not due til 10 feb

    Already told her will he delivered this month

    What with isla been born at 27 weeks. She's home and doing fantastic thankfully

    She's 3 months old now and 6lbs

    Thankfully my 3rd daughter baby OK due April

    All 3 were are pregnant at same time
