    Had a busy day, went to the village then on to Sutton, not long back. Going cold now and four hours of snow on forecast tonight

    Feel like RoboCop (with a dead battery)

    Already had 3 deliveries (mums dialysis supplies, Amazon who screwed up yesterday and DHL)

    watched the soaps.

    blood sugar not great and unsure why.

    weight still coming down (yay)

    colitis and reflux slowly dying down (touch wood)

    Was upset a mediabook arrived broken yesterday (the disc holder) and unlike ordinary blu rays you can't just swap a mediabook case and as they are German exclusives and extremely limited replacing them can be hard, however luckily there was one left in stock and It's kindly been sent free of charge after showing pictures of damage.

    Blimey @Nightcity your delivery drivers are keen, we dont usually get any knocks on the door until at least 1pm! Glad to hear they've sorted the replacement mediabook already though, that's some good customer service.

    good morning @Sandy_123 and everyone. I’ve been awake for hours but still waiting for my stomach to wake up so I can have breakfast before midday. There’s been a sprinkling of snow so no idea what will happen later.

    oh it's unusual for Amazon it's only because it should of been delivered yesterday but they messed it up I should think.

    Always hungry and goimg loo even more than normal

    Any tips on staying strong

    I've done 30 mins on my exercise bike

    @Amberpearl and food on the gi index glycaemic index (GI) will help you feel fuller for longer depending on what you allowed to eat or not. Good luck and take it one day at a time. If that’s too much break it down into chunks you can deal with and work out a meal plan daily or weekly.
