Need Advice - flat with care for daughter (Learning Disability)

I'm mum of adult with learning disability. I ant her to move house from own flat in Scotland to own flat in England with care. Any advice?

When you say you want to move your daughter from her own flat in Scotland to her own flat in England can you confirm if this is a flat your daughter owns or is rented from the council or a private landlord?
Learning Disability England has some really good information about housing and support options.
Mencap also has some good housing information to look at too.
If you could tell us a bit more about your daughter's situation we can look at what options are available.
