I'm scared too, my friend who helps me has just lost her mum so I can't ask her to help. I have had such problems with Capita in the past where they have lied with pip and esa that I had to go to a tribunal with esa where they messed up.

Migrating from ESA to UC should now be more straight forward than it was previously because they will automatically know which group you are in when you claim because they have now updated the system so that it detects this. Previously, they hadn't done this so it was causes so many people to become even more stressed. You should no longer be asked to provide any fit notes now.
When you do receive your letter you can post here and someone will advise you on the process.
