how do i get a PIP certificate to tax my call. my husband get enhanced rate but the car is registered in my name

    The car could only be used for his needs, you would not be allowed to use it for your own personal reasons.

    how do i get a car tax certificate for a pip receiver enhanced rate. the car in registered in my name not my husbands

    Your husband would need to phone PIP and ask for a copy of that certificate.

    However as the vehicle is in your name, it can only legally be used under that exemption for his benefit. You cannot also use the car for your own personal use.
