    hi, everyone . i was okay before after waking up but now after my mum told me that been going to another town and going on bus with both of my parents and my younger sister that i don't get along that well . feel like i have prepped my self for being super busy afternoon and deal with my emotion that my mum doesn't get it still . I hate how is December very quicky . I been putting my emotion down on my google pixel watch 2 & on my google pixel pro 7 phone . emotion that my previous experience has be mixed of angry, sad , sometimes happy but not has much and emotion as anxiety . my previous experience i had seen my hands shaking and body shaking when i did had very strong of coffee . i can understand sometimes but seem to like my mum sometimes try to but other times doesn't come off that way . let see how this year has be mixed of kind good and bad . might as listing song that has help me .

    It was only half an hour @Sandy_123 ,my neighbour had a text informing her that it might last as long as three hours.

    I did have stuff in the oven though,so it was annoying.

    I was very bad this morning but a lot of better now. I got a small issue. Next year I have an appointment with ageuk to help me with my pip but they already are telling me they only can help me for two hours. So I do not feel it will be enough. So my anxiety is already bad . I am anticipating as usual. I simply can not help it. Hope you are all ok.

    Hi, night was was intense Buses ok way to town was to another town okay but after another came back did used one of guided breaths apps on my Google pixel watch 2 . I think know that I got anxiety as emotion . My mum went too far at one point of the night out .

    haha i was listening to a star trek episode last night where all people have a family get together at age 60 not that i am implying you are mind but dont accept a blue sweet as in the episode thats when they how shall i say send you on your merry way to the after life enjoy your party 😈

    So I just answered the door to royal mail in reindeer antlers, that I found when I was tidying up. He loved them so much he's took them to ware doing his deliveries

    @Amberpearl i had that problem with mine. And I got a broom stick and pass it through with the hoover off. Slowly I pass it abs and it worked. And it was really stucked.
