    II'm The same I overspend on food and throw it away I sent my form off in July for some reason im not anxious I think it's because they been extending them so have a year at least it's shows you need support if you have a support worker and I keep saying all new changes for us will be years away yes try not to engage in news last year I thought sunak was talking directly to me I went down out of my mind with fear and nothing happened when my form came I had to force myself just to fill it and send remember you may have months after form sent we will be fine

    I had my appointment today and the consultant saw me. She was brilliant and knew my history. I'm getting tapered off medication and started then on new ones.

    There's hope for me. @Sandy_123 enjoy your daughter and family's visit.
