They came back and said its not good enough so I uploaded again but this time I uploaded all pages of my tenancy the signatures a bank statement with my new address on and a letter from the landlord I then got back an appointment saying further evidence needed but haven't got anymore evidence and can't attend a face to face due to social anxiety which I'm om pip for a lcwra does anyone know if I can change to a telephone appointment and what further evidence there referring too tia

What extra evidence are you being asked for? If you are unsure I would ask what exactly via you Universal Credit journal or by calling Universal Credit what they need.

Hi there @cb98 and welcome to the community.
That does sound a bit odd that they've not accepted the information you've already sent. You may ask for a telephone call instead, but it is up to the UC coach as to if they accept it and accommodate you. Though if they're asking for extra physical evidence, that might be tricky. Especially if they've not told you what evidence to bring!I'd definitely try an give them a call so they can clarify what they actually need from you.

Have you changed the address details on UC as well? I'm just thinking if the addresses don't match the system might reject it.
Also have you already moved? As you can't date it in advance with the UC system.

Hi yes Iv already moved and changed my address on there my latest statement shows my new address but they haven't put up my housing costs / I haven't been into the job center in years as I do everything by phone due my anxiety etc which I am on lcwra and pip for

A council Tax letter would also be accepted as evidence if you have that for your new address.

I don't have that plus when I moved in I wouldn't of had that anyway but thanks for the suggestion

If you do council tax online, you should be able to download a copy of your council tax letter.
