This house is old and needs many repairs no insulation either

11 degrees in the house

My gas bill almost 3 thousand pounds

I can't afford to pay

Why don't the energy companies understand that people on benefits don't have spare money

One of my rooms had ice on the inside of the window. Downstairs loo is 7 degrees
