LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
We will need a bit more information before we can advise correctly.
Were there any gaps in handing in Fit Notes, including any backdated ones?
Your UC assessment period or payment date.
Do you have Transitional Protection on your claim?
Do you get Carers Element in your name?
Do you claim with a partner who gets LCWRA?

I get paid every month on the 16th. I first handed my sick note June 10th I guess.
No transnational protection.

I need the exact date you handed in your Fit Note, first you said 18th September, then June 10th?
I also need confirmation there were no gaps in providing Fit Notes, no ones that were backdated.
Sorry for all the questions, but without accurate information I can't give accurate advice.

Kimmy87,
This is what they wrote on my journal.
'Your LCWRA has been awarded from 12/9/24. you must wait 90 days after this date-then in the next assessment period you will receive your first LCWRA payment. There is no element to be backdated.'
But I didn't understand when will I get paid lcwra?

This what she says my work caoch on the journal.
It has been awarded from 12/9/24 as this is when you gave us your first fit note - the 90 day period starts from this date. Once the 90 days has passed you then wait until the start of the next assessment period.

Based on the fit note being provided on 12th September 2024, if that was the same date you reported your health condition then your waiting period will be as follows..
Oct/Nov, Nov/Dec, Dec/Jan.. LCWRA starts from assessment period 10th Jan to 9th Feb and first payment will be 16th Feb. No LCWRA element is owed.
This is assuming there were no gaps in your fit notes up until a decision was made. This also includes any fit notes that were backdated. Backdated fit notes will affect when the extra money is paid from.
If your UC includes Transitional Protection (TP) this will erode with the additional LCWRA element. If the TP is more than £416.19/month you will not be any better off by the additional element.
