Morning all.
It was just questions about things like his savings and outgoings, they concluded that the UC he receives is exactly what he's entitled to and that was the end of it.
I hope it goes well for you;easy for me to say I know, but try to not stress too much.

@Amberpearl good luck. I am also very worry when they move me to UC.. really would love a lottery win before that. I heard they check on your accounts etc... I would rather prefer them to check my accounts than going through the stress of getting all the data needed. They check they see it . And maybe they could only ask any other account etc.. I only have the one and only. Issue here is if they see activity on eBay PayPal etc . They might consider it as an income.. the whole experience of being in Benefits is very traumatic. I can not conceive the idea of people taking this as quality life . Anyway good luck and let us know. I am with you not great with technology but found out that phones pdf seem easier than in a computer. And I think they will accept pictures. Done that for housing benefit etc .
Go to your email on the phone I guess It is an smart phone . And if you take a picture and then go to the clip on your email you can drag all the pictures and send them as an attachment. It should be ok. If they ask you to send evidence...
Let us know how it went.

Good Evening to all. Hope you are all ok so far. A couple of degrees warmer but still 13 degrees inside the room.. not good . And petrified about the future. About me bring moved to u c and all the consequences. I am scared even If it's not happening as yet.
I am trying not to think about it but my anxiety doesn't let me. I am in constant fear. Time to go to bed very soon.

@Amberpearl I am sorry they didn't call. I sometimes feel they do it on purpose to get the people on edge. It is not fair. They should apologise at least with a text message. Keep your ears peel as they might call tomorrow. Or maybe they do not need to, you never know.
I know it is hard , very hard but try to keep it aside so you can have a nice sleep. Good luck.
