PIP for mental health

I applied for pip for mental health in may the 20th or near , got my form on the 6 of June got  citizens advice to fill my form in and sent that with my evidence (medical records ) and letters  on the 3rd of July, had my f2f on the 19th of July at home ! Now waiting decision ( the progress seems quick) , I have been diagonsed with depression and  acute anxiety, I have self harmed around 11 times scars on my neck , face , down my arms , on my leg , tried to to commit suicied  5 to 6 times so they have all the evidence! Just wounding how long will I be waiting a decision and what's my chances of getting pip
