Been reading when moving from esa to uc you will need to show proof of illness and if your due a assessment they will send form out for you to reaply

When you fill out the UC form you need to list your health conditions. Nothing else.
And moving to UC does not trigger another Work Capability Assessment even if one is due/overdue.
They are still suspended for the vast majority in the Support Group anyway.
