UC credit review phone call

Hello, today I had my universal credit review phone call, everything was very straightforward and the woman said I had provided and answered everything they had asked for and didn’t need any further evidence. Since I’ve had it I’ve not had a message on my journal to say it’s completed and my universal credit claim hasn’t changed which has worried me as last year they told me the same day it was completed? Is this something to be worried about? It’s played on my mind as I suffer with severe anxiety and I just think the worse. Any help would be much appreciated thanks!
