I had my home visit on July 11th ,then today I had a phone call from Capita who asked me if my home visit was satisfactory, was the visit up to standard, was she polite and if I was pleased about my assessment,I told the gentleman that I didn't know if the assessment was up to standard that my Daughter had to answer a lot of questions for me due to shortnes of breath ,I'd like to know if this is standard practise by Capita ,I asked him when I would have their decision and he said that it would take between two to six weeks ,has this happened to anybody else please ?
