    Afternoon. I did not go out . I am rather anxious and very jumpy and so so scared. . I sleep a bit and then at about 5 am I wake up and no more sleep. I hope you are all ok. I hope tomorrow will be a sunny day. Today I had my blinds shut as I could not be bother to see the light . But if better I would like to go out tomorrow .

    It was a lovely day here,but it's quite chilly now and we're supposed to get a heavy frost overnight.

    The gritters were out this afternoon.

    Goodnight all

    I went to get my nails done today but I felt really unwell in the salon

    I got so hot and felt like I was going to faint so I had to ask the girl to stop.

    I have had several such episodes over the years and I think it is caused by extreme anxiety.

    I think I may have to look into getting a mobile person and a hair dresser to come to my home as my phobias are getting so much worse.
