Have not got letter yet waiting

have anyone got there letters dwp my Royal Mail not sending me any letters in post I’m waiting on if ask go on UC or esa rates go up. I’m stressed because I need get repaid so someone can help me move over. I hate new ownership of Royal Mail

Migration letters will arrive from anytime now up until December.
Benefit uprating letters are sent in batches.
I know this because mine arrived several weeks ago, and I very recently advised someone who had only just got theirs.

Hey @zane sorry to hear you're not coping. But please don't worry, I've not received my uprating letter yet either. And as Kimmy has said, it could be any time up until December for the migration letter, so I'd try not to let it get to you too much.

strange thing I did not get letter about April rates ethier I’m very depressed at moment since have not got ethier dwp and esa letters . I wish text saying only got 3 months transfer new benfit .

I'm sorry to hear it's affecting your mental health @zane but please try not to worry. Even if you don't receive the rating letters, you'll still receive the increase in your benefits.
