Jeremy is my MP . I wrote to him , reeves , Kendall , Timms and Starmer . Starmer replied the generic helping ppl into work etc , when I replied asking about us that can’t work he ignored it . I told them all they are losing a lot of votes if they continue with the planned cuts. The other 3 ignored me . Jeremy replied offering his full backing to us as expected of Jeremy who as you said does stand by his principles.

Angela's mother had bipolar and she was her carer growing up. So she understands mental health and stuff. She's had a pretty tough life, I think her father was an alcoholic and also didn't work.

Yes but high office requires changes in people, ones that go against their lived experiences. I wouldn't have any more hope in her than Starmer. Just look at the compromises she has had to make thus far up the greasy pole.

she mentioned being her mums carer and also having a disabled son. If they got rid of Starmer and replaced him with Rayner we may stand a chance . She was talking on bbc radio with a disabled lady and came across very well. She made it clear that when they talk about getting pol into work they mean those who can . And the ones who can’t should have a good standard of living.

Except Liebour have denied people from certain areas where they know they will get ousted, the democratic right to vote.

Unfortunately i feel the old saying has never been truer -
How can you tell a politcian is lying?
Their lips are moving

Actually the councils requested to postpone them due to them being merged into a mayor. So labour didn't actually force them to do it. For instance East Sussex (tory council) requested to postpone them until the mayor reorganisation is completed. There's 11 councils that requested to postpone them. Main gov didn't actually tell them to do it. They did it of their own accord. The councils have their own rights for the elections

Yet Rayner is acting like a little lap dog to Starzy and nodding in agreement with everything he has to say at PMQT.
She cannot be trusted one bit.
She is as self serving as the rest of the Liebour cabinet and none of them a stuff about us mere mortals.

Also forgot to add the majority of councils that requested to postpone the elections are actually tory councils and not Labour.
1 -
Where is your source of evidence for that please?

i
if you look at this link, 6 out of 9 councils that have been granted permission to postpone are tory run while the others no overall control although it says here East Sussex is no overall control but still the tories pretty much still run East Sussex council.
There are several articles on which councils requested it and most of them were tory however not all of them have been granted permission yet

I have been struggling for years with my MH, I have PTSD, Anxiety, depression and emotional dysregulation and panic due to various traumas throughout my life! I have worked until 3yrs ago due to working in a large organisation and what I felt was bullied and traumatic events within my family, as a family member made 2 attempt to end there life. I feel bullied and hated by this goverment and feel your a lesser person due to MH , I didn't ask for the things that happened. I struggle to leave my house, I'm really hoping someone will stand up for people like us. the goverment are belittling MH, I thought there were laws in place to protect all people with disabilities , I will never vote Labour again!! I'm horrified , surely we are being victimised and bullied?

thank you for posting that information. All I’ve heard in msm is labour fiddling elections because of reform. It makes me think ( or just hope) that the benefits reforms are also not as bad as being portrayed. I watched the video as suggested on here on YouTube, the different bias , and he said all savings were from stopping fraud and its in black and white. This was before the leak though . But I’d never heard of the information that he showed .

Yeah theres a lot of misinformation from those articles unfortunately. I always read more into it. I learnt that from my Biology degree, getting reputable sources and making sure your sources are reliable. You can never be too careful on the Internet.
We all just need to wait for the official green paper. The ITV news story about the leak did scare me and made me go numb but I'm trying to ignore it and wait. It's really difficult though, I keep reading all the disablity cuts and yeah I'm worried af. I have serious mental health issues and ended up in mental health hospital again last October. I don't want to be forced to work when I'm not ready. I was working but it was extremely difficult for me, the LCWRA has been a lifeline for me and pip. I keep being in and out of mental health hospitals, it's a bit difficult to work when not even my department in the nhs gave me reasonable adjustments when I worked for them and my manager was horrible.. I couldn't keep taking time off because of multiple mental health crisis.

What the gov have been saying about mental health is disgusting. It's not like we asked to have mental health issues. I didn't ask to be in and out of hospitals for my whole adult life so far (29 and have been in mental health hospitals since I was at uni). The charities won't let the gov get away with this (Sane, Mind etc) There is already backlash from that ITV leak so hopefully things will turn out okay in the end. The charities won't let it happen without a fight and neither will some prominent gov figures. What ever happens will probably be watered down massively.

did you watch the Ellen Clifford zoom ? I didn’t but would like to know what was said .

Just looking at the front pages & the telegraph say at least 80 labour mps looking to revolt about welfare cuts & that response from goverment it was a moral case to lower benefit bill.
Glad to see labour mps not happy but as if labour knows about morals, if they did they wouldn't do it

I didn't no.

I read they’re going after invisible conditions such as fibromyalgia too . I have that and ME. Kendall has no idea how it feels to wake up in pain and exhausted before you’ve even got out of bed.
In regards to MH I think they’ll try with ppl who they consider “ mild “ depression. I get depressed as secondary to my conditions so I know it’s not just “ mild” to us. I don’t think they’re meaning ppl that are more severe then that who have times of being hospitalised etc. I think they’re have this idea that ppl go to their GP , ask for anti depressants and can easily claim PIP , they really don’t have a clue how difficult it is to claim. what Dr or specialist would allow a patient to suffer because of being forced into work . I hope that makes sense and doesn’t offend anyone.
